The Early Childhood Education Association of Colorado (ECEA) is a professional trade association which focuses on the needs of early child care education programs. With a membership of over 400 licensed centers serving more than 35,000 children in the state, ECEA is dedicated to providing support and guidance in the management, administration, and awareness of private child care centers.
Established in 1985, ECEA has become the second-largest child care association in the nation. It is governed by a board of directors consisting of dedicated volunteers who own or operate an early child care center or are community professionals involved with early education.
