  • Provide a thorough onboarding training covering:                

               Compliance regulations 

               Adult/child interactions 

               Professionalism

  • Track progress on required trainings for the individual
  • Provide you with information about the employees desired pathway.
  • Provide the employee with a checklist of items that they need to locate within your program to be effective at their job.
  • Training certificates will be provided as well.
