- Provide a thorough onboarding training covering Compliance regulations Adult/child interactions Being an Early Childhood Professional
- Track progress on required trainings for the individual
- Provide you with information about the employees desired pathway.
- Provide the employee with a checklist of items that they need to locate within your program to be effective at their job.
- Training certificates will be provided as well.
