At issue: Property Taxes

ECEA is still working on addressing the possibility of a refundable private property tax credit for private businesses that are offering the public good of child care statewide. There is still the possibility of incorporating this ask into a public/private bill this year. Legislators are looking at that possibility. If that is not feasible then we have several Legislators that are interested in incorporating a bill into next legislative session for this purpose.
