How to request a Cost Benefit Analysis

  • When making the request include YOUR actual loss in revenue that would be represented in the 2025 decrease in 4 year old UPK classrooms from 24 to 20. Make sure that DORA knows the actual loss in revenue to your program.

  • Emphasize that this is not based on Colorado UPK data and that the national data is not sufficient in this mixed delivery program.
