ECEA - Making sure you remember: Who voted for What!?!
We will be building this out for every legislative session so that when it comes time to vote, you can remember specifically where your legislators stand on the issues that impact your business!
2026 Legislative Session
A few things about this document. ECEA wants to make sure that you as a business owner KNOW and REMEBER how your legislators voted.
WHY? There are a lot of reasons why people vote the way they do. If business support is one of your key issues, this guide will help you see who is supporting business and who is not. If you want things to change, the way you vote matters.
To best use this guide: Look up your legislators. Then look for their names under for/against columns for each bill. At the end of the guide is a list of each legislator and their party affiliation. As bills are presented we will add a page. As a bill passes or is defeated we will post the votes of each legislator in the guide. Anytime a name is missing, the legislator was excused from the vote.

2025 Special Session
There weren't any bills that were oriented around child care specifically. Instead the theme was legislation that moved against business interests in our state.
