3) It's preferrable that you already order from a foodservice company (ie., Shamrock or US Foods) so that you can get a case by case cost comparison. If you run yourself into the ground shopping from SAM's etc. it will not be an apples to apples comparison.
4) You have to commit to at least one order a month.
