Our goal is to help our exhibitors to be successful, and we invite you to participate! We will have two areas available for our exhibitors. One to reach early childhood programs and one to reach early childhood (ages 0-12) families. Once you've registered we will reach out to find out whether you want your booth on the family or program side of the Exhibit Halls.

Available booth sizes in the Exhibit Halls:

• Booth Exhibitor - 10 ft by 8 ft booth with one 8 ft 30 inch table. Booth space prices are $375. Each booth includes one 8′ finished table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.
• Local Artisans: This option is available for those that don't have a store front for their business. 8 ft by 8 ft booth with one 6 ft 30 inch table. Booth space prices are $175. Each booth includes one 6′ finished table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.

Program Exhibitors: You will have the opportunity to market your product and services to Colorado child care and preschool providers. The timing is perfect as the new school year will be about to start! This will give you time to meet with Directors, Owners, and Teachers face to face and to be able to demonstrate for them your product or services. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to reach hundreds of decision makers in the industry!

Family Exhibitors: We are offering you a fantastic opportunity to meet up with families who have children ages 0-12 in our Colorado communities. We are drawing them to the event with touch a truck and petting zoo opportunities. We need you to help create the fun though too!

The BEST way to engage with families at our trade show is to provide an activity for them to participate in! Do you have a simple craft that relates to your product or service? Even a prize wheel can draw them to you, because let's face it, if the kids want to see it...the parents will be at your booth! So we ask you to bring your product or service but we also ask you to bring the fun! In doing so you will help make this annual event a tremendous success!

Jeffco fairground rules: No stickers, and adhesive-backed decals can be given out. The use of glitter confetti, or gem embellishments is prohibited on the Fairgrounds as they pose a risk to the animals that enter the property.
