January/May reconciliation periods for payment on partial months.

Full day for 4 year olds is based on qualifying factors and is targeted funding NOT universal. Income plus one other qualifying factor based on verified available funds.

Notifications for full day will take place hopefully before July 9th but by July 15th at the latest.

3,000 programs are in process right now in their family cue.

There are approximately 2,000 providers right now. Region access is looking good. Providers can add through the end of August but may be able to add in even later if there is a regional need.
