School Readiness QI Program

Likely to come up around May for this rule set to hit RAC/CDEC agenda. CCDF rules have to be followed for these funds. Colorado Shine engagement is required. These funds flow from the department through early childhood councils. Approximately $3M in this fund that is a Pooled budget: council admin for these funds and then for programs who serve children with high needs. That is being defined in this pending rule set. Councils to a school readiness plan every 3 years including #'s of programs being served, etc.
