1/13/26-CCCAP Update

Jan 13, 2026
Connect

Yesterday, CDEC was able to draw down CCCAP funds from their $460,000 funding request.  The NY Court on Friday, ordered everyone to maintain the status quo on CCCAP processes for a two week period.  CDEC intends to draw down as much of their funds as possible in the two week period to sustain the program until they are able to get their system justifications approved by the federal government.  Each draw down extends the program sustainability by 2 weeks.  That means that as of this moment, CCCAP funding is available through mid February for Providers and the beginning of March for councils and licensing.  We anticipate that this window will continue to extend.

Long term fixes are in the works.  More on that soon.
